The Humber Room
Offering extraordinary cuisine in an upscale casual setting.

In the kitchen, preparation is done by students who are studying to become a chef. In the dining room service is provided by students studying a hospitality program.

The Humber Room is a full service upscale-casual restaurant, located at the North Campus of Humber Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning (near Highway 27 and Finch Avenue).

World class lunches and dinners are prepared by Humber students studying to become chefs. The fine-dining service is provided by Humber students studying in a hospitality program.

WINTER SEMESTER 2010
The Humber Room will be open as follows:
Mon Jan 25, 2010 until Fri Apr 30, 2010 (with the exception of Feb 15-19, the dining room will be closed for College Reading Week).

LUNCH is served: Monday to Friday, 11:45 am until 1:15 pm.
DINNER is served: Tuesday & Wednesday Evenings, 6:15 pm until 7:45 pm.

SPECIAL EVENT DINNERS: Available most Thursday evenings. Click on Special Event Dinners 2010 from the menu bar above.

When you dine in The Humber Room, you are assissting in the education of culinary and hospitality students.
